Kim lives at the southeastern edge of Algonquin Park in Ontario Canada and has viewed exhibitions in Canada, United States, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Sweden and France.

Television

On June 5 1994 Eight Stories from Artisans of the Madawaska Valley was released on Maclean Hunter CableTV. Kim was one of the artists featured in this program by producers Ruben Denty and Scott Iverson.

In 1981, with funding provided by the Ontario Arts Council, Kim worked as an assistant printmaker at Art's Sake Inc, an independent art school in Toronto, run by a group of working artists who branched out of Three Schools. At this time she appeared in a Maclean Hunter Documentary Series: Art About, aired Sept. 82, assisting theartist Diane Pugen.

Events

In Oct. 94, 95, 03, 04 and 05 she participated in Madawaska Valley Autumn Studio Tour.

In 93-94 and 94-95 Kim was assistant coordinator of the Madawaska Valley Community Arts Council Summer Arts and Crafts Show Galley in Barry's Bay.

Workshop Instruction

In the winter and spring of 2001 Kim developed and taught a Design Principles lecture/workshop at three local elementary schools in Renfrew County.

During the spring of 2001 she developed and instructed an Introduction to Drawing Class at a local elementary school in Renfrew County. This class was also taught privately in 2001 and 2003, and at 2 elementary schools in 2005.

In the winter and spring of 2002 with Artists in Education Grant funding from the Ontario Arts Council Kim developed and taught a series of Painting Skills Classes at local public schools in Renfrew County.
